Bennett Jr. Real Estate was founded in 1981 by Mr. Bennett.  Roger Baumgartner became a partner in 1987 and the name was changed to Baumgartner – Bennett Company.  Roger took over the company in 1990 and the name was eventually changed to The Baumgartner Company.  Roger’s son, Troy Baumgartner, came to work for the company in 1995 and now serves as President and Roger CEO.  Through acquiring, improving, developing and managing properties throughout the West Volusia community and beyond, The Baumgartner Company has been committed to projects of exceptional quality and economic growth.
