TENANTS ASKING HOW DO I PAY MY RENT? You can mail a check as you usually do, stop by our office or you can use the Pay Online tool added to our web site. Be sure to select the correct property address when making your payment and please identify your business as best as possible. This option is not for Athens Commons , DeLand Plaza or DeLand Industrial Center tenants. Athens Commons and DeLand Plaza tenants should continue to use their payment portals. DeLand Industrial should follow the instructions emailed to you.
